The drywall work was excellent as was the placing of needed electrical outlets and ceiling fan/lighting. Closet space is extremely hard to come by in our neighborhood and Cougar was able to build a 30 sq ft closet that our growing family is able to take advantage of. "Not only did Jason make my day by letting me know that the cracks were a normal part of the house settling and no repairs were needed, he also took the time to show me a few other structural incidents around the house. He pointed out a few things that we could purchase on our own to keep moisture away from under the house and answered a few general questions I had about some other places in the house. When I asked the charge at the end, he said absolutely nothing. I was shocked and was incredibly impressed at the information he elected to give me about our home and that it was for no other reason than just to help me understand our house and potential things that could happen down the line.
