The technician, named Dave Hearne, arrived promptly and introduced himself. He asked if he could evaluate each room prior to starting and I showed him the carpets to be cleaned. He was very courteous and professional and actually listened as well as heard what I conveyed in terms of several dirty spots I wanted removed. I further conveyed to him that the prior owners had pets and that I noticed what seemed to be small urine stains. He assured me that he would tackle the issues and would use an enzyme to treat the stains. He also was very candid about pet stains and that they would not completely go away. I appreciated his candor.
He represents the company very well and did an outstanding job in cleaning all of the carpets because they needed his professional attention. I would not hesitate to use this company and Mr. Hearne again for any future carpet cleaning.
