Project was not finished in time as outlined. Disappointed in several aspects of install.
Business owner offered many unprofessional excuses for gaps or shortcomings in service.
Some points of the project did not materialize as promised, i.e., floors had to be resanded because the stain was too dark (did not match existing flooring, as was promised). Business Owner tried to convince us that the finish would lighten up over time and would match the floors in the adjoining area, which was refinished & stained (by him) about 2 years before. Really!?!
Would not recommend.

Turner Flooring was referred to me by a house painting company on Angies List. Mr. Turner and his employee moved furniture out of the house as part of the service. He sanded all the floors up and downstairs and the staircase. Over a period of days he applied 3 coats of finish to the floors and after the final coat had "cured" he came back and replaced the furniture in the house. It was a very satisfactory job and was accomplished within the time frame given. I would certainly recommend Turner Flooring and would use their service again.
