They do a great job. I had used them in a previous house and make sure that my tenants use them when they leave a condo. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Called to see if he could arrive earlier than oiginal appointment. No problem. Arrived when they said they would. Came in moved furniture as needed, operated efficiently and finished in about 30-45 minutes.

I probably wouldn't use them again. I was looking for something a little more businesslike and professional. It really didn't do anything when they came out.

The work went pretty well overall. It was wonderful. I would use them again in the future with no doubt.

They did a beautiful job. They got the inside of the tile nice and clean. They also moved furniture for me.

I have used Bay Area Carpet Care for many years. I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors. They do a great job on carpet and upholstery. I haven't used them yet for tile and grout but they do that as well. Mark and his crew are punctual, courteous and do a great job. One of my neighbors was going to replace his carpet because he was selling his home. After Bay Area cleaned his carpet, he decided he didn't need to replace the carpet. They have a truck mounted steamer which is much stronger than a steamer like you rent.

Always satisfied and highly recommend them.

I have been using Mark and Joe for quite a few years. As always he is punctual, courteous and reasonably priced.

They were people we already knew and knew their work was good. They came out rather quickly. They did a great job of removing our stains and cleaning our carpet. They were very professional and efficient. The carpet was dry in a matter of hours and they looked really great.

They did a good job. I am very particular about my stuff, so they did not have a problem letting me help. They did move some of the furniture that I allowed them to. I think the carpets look immaculate. I am very pleased. Nothing had gotten damaged and the job went well. I would not have a problem using them again because they were very careful not to damage anything that surrounded them. They also were sure to ask me first before moving anything. I thought they were very professional.
