Complete Carpet Care

Jeff was professional from start to finish.  He scheduled service on the day I requested, and called with a reminder the day before.  He was punctual, polite and professional throughout.  I had three bedroom carpets cleaned - they had never been cleaned  before.  He did a great, fast, job and the carpets look great!  Minimal drying time rquired.

I have been using Complete Carpet Care for a couple of years.  Jeff is extremely professional and thorough.  His quick response time allows me to schedule at the last minute around my personal/work schedule.  He is prompt, and dependable.  His cleaning is much cleaner than I have seen my carpets from any other contractor over the years.  Jeff takes pride in his work and does the work himself to assure the job is completed to the highest standard of expectations.  I love the personal touch of a newsletter being sent to all his clients.  Wonderful company and I would not trust anyone else to the job!

We closed on a new house and were moving out of our lease home. I call Jeff and he was able to make a short notice appointment for a estimate at possible cleaning. Jeff arrived on time and was very easy the work with. His quote was higher than others we had received but Jeff and I were able to agree on a price. Jeff completed the work on time and was able to get all but one small stain out. He also cleaned our 4X8 entrance rug to top off the outstanding work. Jeff met all our expectations plus guaranteed his work.

Jeff has the best customer service and professionalism of any contractor person I have ever dealt with.  He is very easy to talk to and work with. He is very accommodating to special needs/requests.  I had a schedule change and asked if he could move up his time by chance.  He worked his schedule out to show up two days earlier than original appt.  He is very meticulous and takes care of cleaning around furniture, wrapping the legs, and moving small items around to get majority of floor space.  The carpets look great and I am very appreciative of his quality.  
On a side note, I even had a nasty coffee stain that I wanted him to treat.  It did come back (to lesser extent) the next day.  So I called Jeff to see if he would re-attack and he came right away.  He retreated/removed it, and sure enough, it was like new... amazing.  Again, his customer service and committment to excellence is top notch.  
I know some would say this is too pricey, but my carpet is in great shape b/c of him.  Stains rarely come back, and if they do, Jeff will return to clean them with no hassle, no extra out of pocket.  You can't beat this quality.  And that is worth it.

They did a wonderful job. They are very good. They are prompt, cooperative and nice people. They had to do stain removal as well. They do a good job with that. I have not used them for upholstery services; I do not know if they do that. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

Jeff was available on the day I requested and arrived on time. His estimate was exact. He did a very thorough job and didn't cut any corners. The carpet was old and stained, but the new buyers weren't ready to buy new carpet. It was clean and refreshed for the new owners. I will definitely recommend him again!. He was courteous and professional. No surprises.

We recently had an addition built and when the construction was done, we needed to have the tile in our existing kitchen/dining room cleaned and sealed. There were stains and plaster/paint on the tile left over from construction that we could not get up with our Floormate. My wife called Jeff at COMPLETE CARPET CARE to come out and give an estimate for his work. Jeff came out on the day we arranged. He was on time and was courteous and professional. The estimate was acceptable to my wife and she authorized him to perform the services. Jeff spent about two hours cleaning the tile and then sealing the grout lines. Jeff was able to get the stains up and took care of sealing the grout lines. As Jeff was all by himself, there was no one to assist him with moving furniture or appliances etc. Prior to his arrival, my wife moved all the furniture with the exception of one loveseat. Jeff helped her move the loveseat. Make a note to have all your furniture & appliances moved out of the way prior to having the work performed. Jeff’s truck contained the equipment used to clean the floor. We were a little disappointed that, after using cleaners and solvents on the floor, he had emptied the dirty water/cleaning product waste from his truck into the culvert storm drain in front of our house. We live at the Oceanfront and therefore that stuff goes right out into the Ocean. I would think there is a more eco-friendly way to dispose of the cleaning by-products. I thought the cost was a little pricey, because I assumed the entire floor would have been sealed, not just the grout lines. Overall, we were pleased with the results and would use COMPLETE CARPET CARE again.

They tried to do some steam treatment. They really tried to get paint out, but they couldn't. I felt like they did a really good job on the rest of the carpet. It dried rather quickly. At least within a couple hours, they got it dry.

I was very impressed with the technician s knowledge and courteous attitude. He took the time to explain what he was going to do, what products he was going to use and what results I could expect from the cleaning. There were large areas of filtration in several rooms and one cleaning eliminated the problem. In addition to the filtration problem, there were many spots that occurred as a result of pet accidents. The technician was able to remove all of the spots and the pet odor associated with the spots. I was really amazed at how clean and odor free the carpets are now. With Complete Carpet Care my carpets were thoroughly cleaned in a professional and courteous manner.
