Eventually when I asked for him to return my deposit until he is ready to do the work, he had another string of excuses of why he couldn’t pay or empty promises of when he said he would pay. Now, 5 months later he has yet to return my money and has done NO work. JUAN VASQUEZ is a smooth talker and polite, but a complete FRAUD that should not be trusted."
