The hardest part was picking the right stone. There were many options to choose from. Setting up the appointment was easy. It took about a week for them to be able to come out and take measurements then another two weeks before the installation. They were finished in about 4 hours including removal of the old countertop and sink. Note, they do not hook up the new sink and faucet. You'll have to do that yourself. All in all I was pleased with my experience with them.

The countertop was very well done and I would give it an A rating.  However, the tilers  were not up to par.  I was disappointed in their work, and would not have tile work done by Spectrum.  It's too bad because the tilers lower Spectrum's rating.  Perhaps they have decided to use a different tiler.

The owner needs to be able to select the stone to be used. There is a great deal of difference in the granite even though it may have the same name as was on the sample.  Granite countertops are far too expensive to leave the outcome to chance.

Prices were very competitive and beat many of the other local companies.  Staff were courteous and knowledgeable.  Final products look great.  I highly recommend this company.

The granite countertop is very well done.  However, as mentioned before, I would not recommend Spectrum's tilers.  The floor tile is a poor job.  Baseboard tile was redone because they used bullnosed tile instead of sanitary tile causing a delay in the completion of the job.  Also, the seams in the floor tile are not uniform.  The cost of the floor tile was $2,950 and should have been done by a more professional tiler.  I think Spectrum should use another tiling business.  They quoted the entire job, including the floor file.  Maybe they should stick to granite and stone.
