He inspected the chimney top-to-bottom, took photos and clearly showed me what was wrong, how he would correct it, and the cost. He swept the chimney to remove creosote and ash and I readily agreed the evidence was there, so he proceeded to effect the repairs he suggested. After completion, he showed me the after photos, which clearly showed a professional job. I absolutely, 100% recommend Greg and Bad Ash Chimney Care for your chimney care and repair. "

They did a great job of resolving all of the deficiencies listed and got the local city inspector off my back. I was so pleased with their quality of work and timeliness on the exterior work that I also hired them to demo the entire interior of that same house to prepare it for the next big project, which will be total rehab and addition.
