"He and Logan were on time. Their work attire was clean and their equipment was in good working order. They did not waste time, past my explanation of what we needed to get accomplished & (to be sure we were still on the same page) as we had discussed this a week ago when they gave me an estimate. They were just waiting for parts to come in & the parts came in yesterday and they called to check to see if they could get the job done today. "The technicians arrived at my house and immediately went to work.  One technician cleaned the dryer vent while the other two inspected the chimney.  The technician who cleaned out the dryer vent went into the basement to inspect the dryer vent in the basement before he started.  That process took about 10 minutes.  He showed me the bag of lint that he removed from the dryer vent.  He acutally took out quit a bit of lint.  The other technicians came in to tell me that they found no cracks in the chimney and offered to spray the sealant into the chimney.  The gave me a quote ahead of time and told me they could preform the service right away so that I didn't need to make another apointment.  That whole process took about 45 minutes.  I was impressed with the professionalism of the technicians.

"Hunter and his crew did some extensive structural remediation on a 50 year old house I recently purchased. The corners had stair-case like cracking and a basement wall underground had horizontal cracks. They drove piers under all 4 corners of the foundation and applied carbon fiber support straps to an underground wall. They also did some water drainage remediation to get water from the gutter downspouts further away from the house. It took several days but I was well informed of their work days/times and they were very professional, including the guys with shovels in their hands. They did a great cleanup and I feel very confident with what I saw, that my house is now stabilized for another 50 years."
