"My new shower replacement went very well and I would rate it a 5, assuming that is the good end of the scale. I was very happy with the available selection of materials, the availability of custom sizing, and the overall interaction with the planner. I appreciated the ability to reschedule after a 19 hour power outage collided with the first attempt to install. When they came back the shower installation team did a beautiful job and made the extra effort to keep the house clean while they worked. They did all the work in under a day. The glass installation team was just as professional and efficient installing the frameless glass sides and door. The finished shower is beautiful and everything I hoped for when we started. Many thanks to all involved! I recommend Renken Remodeling to anyone looking to upgrade a bathroom."

"Fairbanks did an amazing job replacing our shower. Robert and Patrick, our installers, were so professional. We hardly heard any noise, and they were always courteous, explaining everything to us, asking us to inspect the work, and then cleaning up quickly and efficiently. They refinished part of our wall and installed the most perfect, beautiful new shower for us. The company also walked us through every step of the way, following up with phone calls and emails. I highly recommend them for a beautiful, quality job."

"My installer was meticulous and paid attention to every little detail. He did excellent workmanship and had pride in his accomplishment. I love the results and was glad I had the shower enlarged and the ceramic is beautiful. It is a pleasure to take a shower."

"Sales process was painful and was the least enjoyable contracting experience I have ever had. Salesman used a bait-and-switch in the contract and ultimately suckered me out of extra cash to do the work we had originally agreed upon. Then didn't listen to my instructions and wrote the contract for the wrong siding. His boss promised to call and follow up within a week with possible options to remedy. Never called.
Production guys were ok. Enjoyed having them here, even though they scratched up some of my personal possessions, they didn't clean up, they cut the gutter downspout the wrong length, and the quality of their finish work was average at best. But my real issue is with the sales staff. Never again."

"It went well. Mario came out promptly to access the damage to my basement and gave me an estimate that was within my budget. The work was scheduled and completed within a week. The guys Antonio and Daniel repaired drywall, baseboards, shoe molding and replaced the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. They also painted two large walls. The guys did an excellent job matching the stain on the shoe molding. And I just love the bathroom floor...what a great job. The job was scheduled to be finished in one day but they had a problem finding the shoe molding that matched. They were back the day and all is well. What a great job guys. I will definitely use their services again."

"I needed to remove a 40 year old bathtub & install a shower I also needed the flooring replace in the bath area & dressing room. Initially, I wasn't sure about using Remodel USA due to some of the reviews. I met with the representative & when I saw the quality product (Kohler), was able to select what I wanted & have a flexible timeline for work & payments... I was glad I selected this company. I had 1 glitch as the installed shower door was not the 1 I selected. The Project Manager noted the error, obtained the correct door & it was installed. The workmanship is very good & I appreciated the conscientious skills of Edgar, his assistant, Salvador & his wife. The project manager, Percy Melendez, was professional & reassuring regarding the workmanship & product. I am very pleased with the overall experience of working with Remodel USA. My experience was very good & I'm pleased to know that if any time I need assistance, I can contact them."

"The whole process was amazing! The windows have a lifetime warranty and are the best windows on the market. The sales representative who came to the house, Floyd, was amazing. Never once did i feel pressured to buy anything and he even played with my son while he was here. He went over all the information he could to try and give us the most information and answered all of my questions. He called his boss to work out payment arrangements as we are a very young and growing family. The company itself was great, they were concerned it was going to rain so they rescheduled so no water would get in my house just in case. I felt very valued and appreciated. The install team couldn't have been better. The crew I got was ART and they were amazing!!! They answered all of my questions as i had them. walked me threw the whole process and gave me a tutorial of how to work everything when they were done. I was concerned about the clean up aspect as most contractors don't exactly do the best job when it comes to that, but with these guys i had no issue what so ever. You couldn't even tell they were here, well besides the amazing windows that were here when they were done. Would love to have this crew come back and do all of my jobs! for them to replace 22 windows it only took them 4 hours! I was flabbergasted! I can't thank them enough for the great job they did!

"jLarry was prompt, responsive, professional, and honest. We had to replace our 16 year-old water heater. He had a preferred brand that would have been easier for him to acquire, but was honest and flexible when we decided to go with another brand we thought was a better choice based on our own research. He was able to get the water heater we wanted with only a few days' notice.  He was also honest with us about what would/wouldn't be possible for him to do, even though it meant the job would be less lucrative for him. We were considering replacing the diverter cartridge in one of our showers which had begun to leak hot water from the bathtub faucet when the shower was running. He was up front with us right away that he couldn't do the job without embarking on an expensive rebuild of the valve & fixture (the screw to access the diverter cartridge was completely rusted and wouldn't budge -- its been in place since the late 70s when the house was built). We would definitely use his services again.
