"Some of the problems he has solved for me include replacing a garbage disposal, replacing various valves in two commodes - one of which was new and he advised me to call the company and said they would most likely replace the part(s) without cost - which they did, saving me a good bit of money.   I had a commode which was on a lower floor and very seldom used.   This created an odor which was most unpleasant.   Another plumber said we'd just have to live with it but Jimmy figured out the commode needed more oxygen than was in that room.    He cut a hole in the wall of a closet which was  behind the bathroom -  that gave more oxygen to the room and the problem was solved.
