"8/10/15 Estimate:   Appt time was in a range as we were the 3rd stop in the area.   Ahead of time, Mr. Perry called to say "I'm on my way should be there in 30 minutes."  which we appreciated.   Arrived in 30 minutes.  Went over my plumbing repair list.  Gave a written estimate. 
8/12/15: Repairs:  all bathroom faucets, toilets, shower fixtures, & kitchen faucet with new parts.  Also, replaced broken outdoor spigots. Afterwards, double checked my list; asked us to check each repair to be sure all working fine. The repairs were fine.   Cost of the repairs equaled the estimate amount.  Very quiet-- didn't know he was working--  my cats did not hide!   
8/17/15:   Follow-up visit.   answered all our additional questions.  no charge. 
We used Fluvanna Plumbing Service in 2012--  replaced garbage disposal.  Still working fine.

"With there being rain almost everyday in April/May our crawl space begun to fill up with water. We reached out to Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing to see what our options were, so that this would not continue to happen in the future. A guy came over and did a free inspection, but then spent at least 30 minutes do a sales pitch that was at least 10x over our budget. They are very pricey, but they clearly know what they are doing."
