"We had a mirror removed from a bedroom wall. The wall behind the mirror was covered with many large, thick glue spots and looked horrible. Paul came lout to look at the wall, determined what he and his son would need to do and then set up an appointment to fix it that weekend. His responsiveness was great. He showed up right when he said he would and got the job done quickly and well. Once he was finished, the wall had the same surface pattern as the rest of the room and looked wonderful. He is friendly, personable, and a true craftsman at his trade. I would recommend him for an drywall or stucco work you need. He knows what he is doing and his prices are very reasonable."

"I contacted Ferguson Home Improvements to come out and help me get my house ready for sale.  The owner was fabulous and had a very attention to detail approach to fixing the walls and nail pops in the ceilings.  They left the house in pristine condition and everything looked brand new, it made me think twice about wanting to sell the house now that it is in such perfect condition.  He also hung some ceiling fans to replace the old ones.  When I move into my new home I will have Ferguson Home Improvements back to help me with my new projects what ever they are.  They are by far the best home improvement company I have ever dealt with.

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, a fan can help drywall mud dry faster by improving air circulation and reducing humidity in the room. Drywall mud dries through evaporation, so increasing airflow speeds up this process. However, you should position the fan to blow across the room rather than directly on the wet mud. This helps prevent drying too quickly, which can cause cracking. You should also use a dehumidifier if high humidity is an issue.

Regularly clean the blades, check for loose screws, and lubricate moving parts to prevent noise and wear.

If you think your fan needs to be oiled, the first thing that you have to do is cut the power to the fan. The best and safest way to do this is by flipping the circuit breaker that leads to that room.  Depending on the model of your fan, you may need to remove a cover. Look for a hole labeled oil. If there isn't one, check the manual or look for schematics online. Once located, use the recommended lubricant or spray.

It depends on your budget and cooling needs. Whole-house fans keep your home breezy by pulling in cool air and pushing out hot air. In places with milder climates, they can replace air conditioning. On the other hand, Attic fans focus on keeping your attic cool—not your entire house. Often, whole-house fans cost more than attic fans, with installation ranging from $600 to $3,600.

While wood stove fans are effective for improving heat distribution, they rely on the stove reaching a certain temperature to operate efficiently. If the stove does not generate enough heat, the fan may not start or may not move air effectively. Additionally, like any fan, wood stove fans cannot cool a stove or reduce its heat output—they only redistribute existing warmth.
