Knowing that every plumber in town would be swamped, I had to have faith I'd hear back. At 9 PM I got a call from Will, who explained they had been going full bore all day, but said he would try to get there that night. I told him no, because he and the other techs were exhausted and cold. He made arrangements with my son to have a tech come at 9 AM on Christmas morning. Liam was there on time and ready to work, fixed the pipe, wrapped it to make sure it did not freeze again, and was an absolute lifesaver! I was so surprised that someone would come out on Christmas morning!! I recommend them highly! From now on I will use Sullivan Plumbing for ALL my plumbing needs. Their phone number is 434-846-4466. Called this provider, they came the same day and diagnosed the issue. Could have repaired it, it was only 4 years old, but it has broken every year since installation and labor warranty voided since original installers went out of business. So we contracted these installers to change the system. They also added a return in the basement which was never done when the house was built.
