"Joe explained clearly what could be done and what choices I would have. I made a product and service comparison with another local company and Counter Effects gave me more quality product and service for less money. The installers were professional and gracious while in my home. I am thrilled with my new kitchen."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"I appreciated that the contractor, Matt, took a good deal of time at the start of the project to listen to what I wanted in the renovation. He also suggested some alternative ideas that I ended up going with and these turned out for the better. Matt and his crew proved flexible for my schedule, and made sure I was satisfied at the end. Clean-up was responsible and thorough. I am likely to hire them again."

"Fast response for my request for work. Repairs were made quickly and professionally. I would definitely use this company again."

"They did a great job. They were very attentive, detail oriented, they came in right away and they did everything that I asked them to do. They were communicative, they did the job very well and they have a reasonably price."

"Mr Tan is a very professional handyman who made sure the situation was diligently assessed and properly finished to completion. I d definitely recommend Michael and will be leveraging him for all of my future renovations as well!"

"Robert did a fabulous job, lots of small jobs through your home (which we were prepping as a rental). I would definitely hire RAC for future jobs and maintainence of our home. Highly recommend RAC, especially if you are a landlord and managing your property from out of town."
