"Shortly after the initial contact, Mr. Will Williamson was performing an estimate and we discussed how to best accomplish the job - which was a to paint the whole exterior of my 2-story colonial and do some minor wood siding and window repair. After approval, the Top Gun team was on site within a day, doing preparation for the next day when painting began. The Top Gun Team was staffed by seasoned professionals and the results show it. They were responsive to our needs and committed to doing a great job. We are very pleased with quality of the job and the quality of the people working for Top Gun. "Initially the project began fine. I was given an estimate with a detailed scope and a date for when work would begin. When it was close for the work to begin, I had to send an email confirming the scheduled date was still good. I did not get a response until that date had come and gone. I recieved a confirmation that the work would begin on the actual day work began which was a week later. As for the work itself, the driveway was sealed but the cracks were not patched. I actually had one crack that was sealed with what looks like powerwash sediment run off in it. I sent 2 separate emails and was asked to send in pictures of the cracks ( I had requested someone meet me on my property in person)as it is hard to take pictures of the cracks. There was also no communication given on how long to stay off of the driveway. They did come out and fix some of the cracks (I don't think that crack filled with sediment/runoff was patched). I feel as though I as a customer shouldn't have had to work as hard as I did to coordinate the work and what would have happened if I hadn't double checked that the cracks were indeed patched? I am not sure if I would hire them again. It all will come down to how the product holds up."

"We have a very long driveway to the house and initially Bill was very punctual and responsive with an estimate. We had four estimates and his was the 2nd highest but liked the fact he was punctual and at the time did have good reviews. Initial estimate stated the project would take 5 days because of the length of the driveway. My neighbor works for DMV and had warned me that anyone can install an asphalt driveway that will last 5 years but the companies and people who know what they are doing and don't use cheap asphalt will last 15 to 20 years. The equipment arrived the night before work was to begin and talking to the guys they stated the work would be complete in 2 days. I emailed Bill that evening and he informed he that he had someone else helping him who had "bigger equipment" which would allow them to accomplish the job in 2 days. From his email in 2014 "There is a reason we win service awards from Angie's list and have a perfect record with the BBB. You are in good hands". Less than 5 years later the asphalt driveway is falling apart at the edges, has multiple large cracks. The driveway was sealed within 2 years after the initial installation by Bill because I had referred a neighbor (MISTAKE) at a discount. At the 3 year mark cracks and settling of the asphalt were noticeable and my wife reached out to Bill. After multiple calls he called back and apologized for not returning the phone calls because he had a sick family member in the hospital. However, he would be out to look at the driveway the next week. Never came. Called again and left message and never heard from him again. I guess anyone can pave a driveway that will last five years or less."
