"What a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze; and the plumber, Owen, arrived on time, well within the window after a call that he was on his way. I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Owen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; and he immediately flexed from my initial faucet installation request to add the other two items to the scope. Ronnie and Dave at Granite Vision were very friendly and helpful from the first time we walked in their store.  They have a wide range of colors to choose from and they let us spend a lot of time just walking around their warehouse looking, making just a few suggestions based on our price range and our kitchen setup (cabinets, wall color, etc).

The price above included the granite, as well as removal of our old countertops, new sink & faucet, and a plumber (which they can subcontract out or we could have used our own) to install the new sink and hook everything up.  In total, a comparable price to other estimates that we received.

I had to move the install day on them once - they were very flexible which was nice.  On the day of the install they showed up well within the window they gave me and did a great job.  Because of the shape of our counters they had to install the counters in two pieces with one seam, which you can't even tell unless you look closely.  The kitchen looks 100% better!

Service and product were first rate and I would definitely recommend them!

"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

"I met with Kristi of CG&M. She was very knowledgeable about all the materials. I chose a beautiful quartz countertop, sink, faucet, soap dispenser and air button for a garbage disposal. The template took place on time. The installers were on time. 1 item did not come with the faucet package and Kristi had it hand delivered immediately. My kitchen looks beautiful and I am very pleased."

"Shawn has came out twice to my house through my Home Warranty company. He has always been professional, on time, and always very communicative. The first time was to repair an external water line and got me up and running with water as quickly as possible. Then, my water heater was leaking and he came out on 4/18/20 and gave me a full breakdown on how the installation will work, about warranties, and set me up a time to come on Monday 4/20/20. He messaged me later on Saturday and said he wanted me to have hot water quickly so asked if he could come on Sunday. I told him that would be great. He called me to let me know when he was an hour away. Him and his co-worker came in and had me installed in a very quick turnaround. They cleaned up and explained and made sure I was satisfied. "Wow. This was the best plumbing company I have ever encountered. Adam came at midnight when my toilet was spewing water all over my upstairs and fixed the problem temporarily until we could get a new toilet the next day. Then he came back in a snowstorm with a new toilet, and when my property manager wouldn't approve the installation, he was so understanding and didn't charge me for my time.
