"I sure was hoping to post a better review here for Blue Ridge Landscaping, however that is not the case based on the events that have unfolded. My handicapped mother and I split the cost of privacy trees for our new house. Over $6500 in total and all we have asked Steve to come back and fix the ones that have blown over. We paid an extra amount for him to come out and put stakes in the ground after they were initially installed, but they didn't seem to hold up. When he left that day he said "If you or your mom need anything, please call me". He seemed sincere, so Ididn't worry. Well we since have called and texted many times as the trees are sideways as you can see from the pictures. The only response I got was "Ok" one time and never heard from him or BRLS again. We got this referral from a local person and thought based on the google reviews, we should be good to go."

I got s visit the next day to look the project over. While here he evaluated several trees and told me what he could do to enhance their existence as well as to protect my property. He was here the very next morning and did a beautiful job in a very reasonable amount of time. This company is honest, and trustworthy. "I was very pleased and hopeful during the initial visit. However, I waited several days to to finalize an offer. I recognize it would take time for the project to get underway, if accepted, because of it’s a busy time of the year, but an estimate should be done promptly IMHO."

"Horrible customer service! I used HydroTech to turn on my system in the spring. I realized it wasn't working and called them to come back out. They hide behind a 72-hour window recall policy (they set the system to run at 4 AM) and charged me a revisit fee. They also claimed that the rain sensor wasn't included in their guarantee, so why did they set it up when they initially came out? They quote a replacement cost of $300, the part is available for $80 on Amazon, and can easily be installed. I don't recommend using this company."

"It really is a big deal when you find a team that delivers what they promise and they do it with exceptional service and quality. Cassella Design & Build is that team! It has been amazing to work with them. Elijah and his team are responsive, come with great ideas, are professional, and they utilize an easy to review project system that was really cool (as you walk with them, they can add or remove items to your quote and it tracks it all). We started our project in March and the rain was a pain, but many times they pushed through since they knew we had a pool opening date that we were trying to keep. I can't say enough great things about his company. I will no doubt have them out here to do I highly recommend them!"
