We are pleased - will use again.Next will be the external vinyl on our home.They also cleaned the ceramic tile on the sun roof, it was a very large room and they had to re move all furniture, clean the floor and put it back, which they did. We purchased the Big Deal and this company called within an hour to make sure that he was going to clean the carpets, but if there was anything we needed done else-wise, he was up front with us that he needed money for those services right away. I wished he would have been more customer friendly about that. I feel like he does not have an art with speaking with customers. He cleaned the carpets in 2 living rooms, an office and a dining room. He did a basic carpet cleaning. It took him about an hour. I paid an extra $50, for getting a pet stain preventive, which afterward I wished I would have not done that."
