The young man that came out was very nice and professional, he worked hard and got the job done in a timely manner.
Over all I think the job was good, but we had just purchased the house and found a couple pet stains in the master bedroom that he was not able to get rid of.  I don?t know it may have been that the damage was too great. The stains were mostly removed but after the cleaning, the room started to smell of pet urine and now we are replacing the carpet.

I just used Oxifresh of Richmond Saturday and I really like them because they are very nice and personable. He works quite well and his tech was very efficient. They did a very nice job. Price is very reasonable. They were efficient, prompt, very personable and very competent. His tech did a very good job and is a very nice man.
