Best basement waterproofing pros near Dendron, VA

"From initial survey to access the crawl space condition thru the final Building Inspector approval ( building code enforcement was necessary as new electrical work was performed for the dehumidifier installed in the crawlspace), all was done promptly and thoroughly. The Bay team arrived on time, focused on the tasks, and cleaned up afterward. No concerns or issues; very satisfied. Protecting the crawl space will increase the home's value and has lowered our homeowner's insurance."

"We were very happy with our experience with Virginia Foundation Solutions. All were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. We were furnished photos to validate the suggested repairs and improvements which helped us make the decisions needed to correct our foundation and crawl space problems. Once the work was completed, all of the issues with doors, cracks in walls and even "squeaking floors" were corrected. Their prices are reasonable and well worth it to protect your home."

"We had astronomical winter heating bills in the first winter in our new (old) home. I hired Shane and his team to install a vapor barrier in my crawlspace, insulation in my basement and to replace my crawlspace doors which were deteriorated and lacked insulation. The quote process was thorough but quick. They scheduled the work quickly as well. On install, they literally unearthed a mountain of construction debris that had collected under the house for who knows how long. They completed the job in just a couple of days and the results were more than impressive. We also chose to replace our windows and the result of both jobs brought our energy bill down by more than 50%. All-in-all we were thrilled with the outcome of the work with Managed Services Group and would highly recommend them to others. Priced fairly and flexible on scope. These guys just get it."

"Insulation was not recommended to meet my specific goals."

"The person I first talked to explained everything the workers would do. On the day they were scheduled to come, they were on time and did a great job. When I went down to see what they had done, I was very pleased, and the basement looked very clean. I would recommend JES to anyone who has any kind of foundation problem."

"We hired JM Concrete to remove an old broken sidewalk and pour a new one for the entrance to our home. They did a wonderful job. They are easy to get in touch with and good at returning phone calls. They gave us an excellent price on the job. They were professional, courteous, and worked hard. We are very pleased with the finished product. I would definitely recommend this company."

"One of the hardest workers. He is very honest, and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend. He saved us thousands from what another company wanted to charge for unnecessary work. Going on 4years since he finished his waterproofing and mold removal,we have had record rains and no leaks and no mold. Only dry basement on the block."
