Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."

"I've hired them before to clean my gutters after getting a few quotes from other companies - they offered the best value. I do have to wait a while sometimes for them to come out but they do let you know ahead of time of a window. They clean up too. I like that they can do the work without me being home and they send video and pictures of what they see on the roof. I hired them again to fix a vent cap on my roof. What I really like about them is their online portal so I can pay for quotes/deposits quickly via their site. The main owner Justin is nice too and easily available whenever I've had questions on timing / invoicing."

We had a delay in glass arriving for our shower so they configured a temporary shower curtain holder for us and even brought a new shower curtain that they put up until the glass arrived. "Castle called to set up measurements for window manufacture. Their rep showed up on time and was a relatively quick procedure to measure. They called again once windows were ready to install, to set up installation date. Superb job performed by the removal/install team. They called the day before their arrival and then again the morning of arrival. Went straight to work and were productive from start to finish. I had two sets of double windows replaced with double slider windows and you cannot tell the new windows frames are different from what was originally installed. Thoroughly cleaned the work area, to my satisfaction, when they were done. The only problem was they provided only half screens instead of full screens for the double sliders, however they rectified this when informed."

"The designers were very nice.  However, they only recommended/carried a litmit number of suppliers - few of which were in Indy.  The suppliers they carreid were also very expensive.  Even though I sent pictures, I found that I needed a designer that could come to the house and help find local suppliers for paints and material."
