I do have to wait a while sometimes for them to come out but they do let you know ahead of time of a window. They clean up too. I like that they can do the work without me being home and they send video and pictures of what they see on the roof. I hired them again to fix a vent cap on my roof. What I really like about them is their online portal so I can pay for quotes/deposits quickly via their site. The main owner Justin is nice too and easily available whenever I've had questions on timing / invoicing."

"This project went very well. When our old shower was removed, the contractor discovered not only a hidden old stairway, but a leak from the floor above. Accessing it to repair was difficult, but it and a second leak were remedied and a disaster averted. Installation of the new shower was demanding, as like all old houses, ours has its quirks and odd measurements and angles. The remodeling---a new shower, removal of an old tub and installation of new cabinetry---was excellent. MJL's Mike Laudicina and every one of his helpers did meticulous work. And all were a pleasure to do business with. We would hire MJL again, and readily recommend them."

"We contracted with Castle for window replacement in January. The windows were replaced within 2 months of signing the contract. The installations went smoothly and the windows made a huge improvement to our home. Problems did arise when they were unloading the windows from the truck. We had requested contoured grilles but the windows arrived with flat grilles. We opted for a discount rather than return the windows. The second issue was that we had requested full screens for the front of the house. Castle sent someone out measure after installation, not using the original measurements. This was 2 months after the fact. Then we received a call from the factory, that the order had been placed without the measurements. We had to supply them. 3 months later, we have still not received the full screens. We had an appointment for their install that Castle cancelled due to a technician calling out. Rescheduling was set for another month out. It will be a generous 4 months from the original installation to get the screens that we ordered. Pretty disappointed. For such a minor fix, it has taken too long to correct."
