They responded to my request quickly but did not follow through to let me know the window in. They said it would be a week to get it in and they would call me. They forgot about me so I called them after a couple of weeks and they scheduled me for the next 2 weeks. The window was installed but had to have caulking and/or sealer around it.

I was contacted promptly, and set up an appointment for an estimate to have a storm door glass replaced. Technician was able to take the frame that housed the glass (previous one was shattered). Called me with a reasonable price and estimated turn around time. As promised, the glass was installed and the door looks better than it has in a long time. Thanks for the good work and professionalism, even though my entire transaction was conducted by phone. Gotta work..
