In terms of mowing and weed whacking, they do a pretty good job. My only complaint is that they sometimes miss the areas they are supposed to handle and they don't show up every week, which is needed due to the amount of rain we've received this year. I did ask Joe to mulch my flowerbeds...

"I hired Jovel to build stairs, retaining walls and planters connecting my existing patio to a new patio that I also hired Jovel's company to build. The stairs, retaining wall and planters were completed in September. In October, I had a licensed inspector at my home for another project and he pointed out that the stairs Jovel had built did not meet code. The inspector stated that stairs must be of equal rise and the lower and upper stairs were not in acceptable range with the other two. He also stated that three or more stairs required a handrail and that the stairs were POOR construction. Jovel has refused to correct the issue or refund any money paid.
