"We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."

We would highly recommend Granite Vision (GV) for the kitchen countertop project. This past week, GV installed the counter top at our house. Following our first meeting with the owner, Roni, we came away impressed by his directness and knowledge of granites. We felt very confident about GV from the get go and without any second thoughts, contracted with GV. The crew consisted of Joseph (took the measurements), David and Johnny (installers) and Nevo (Plumber). We found them to be thorough professionals. They didn't take any short cuts in their respective jobs. As a result, the installation went smoothly. We particularly admired their efforts to ensure that the base was levelled before putting the granite slabs. GV exceeded our expectations big time and therefore, we absolutely have no hesitation in strongly recommending GV for granite countertop projects.

"Working with Creative Surfaces was a great experience, from start to finish! I wasn't sure which material to use for a new kitchen counter, so they helped me to decide on Staron, based on my work needs, and offered suggestions on color, sinks tyles and counter design. When they arrived at our house to take measurements and assess the work, Mark arrived promptly, and spent a lot of time inspecting the kitchen. We explained some of our concerns, which were the results of a REALLY BAD experience with a kitchen contractor who did an earlier remodel. That previous contractor made a lot of errors, took bad shortcuts, and left inferior work that would make the new counter installation a bit more challenging: the old (laminate) counters were not level, cabinets were not flush-mounted with the walls, and walls were not level. The counter installation required a lot more work than the average job. To correctly install the counter, Mark needed to make a lot of corrective work, such as re-adjusting cabinets to ensure they were level, making modifications to a section of drywall so the counter would lay flat against the walls, and more work that he didn't anticipate. I had purchased two faucets, and wasn't sure which we preferred. Mark helped us choose between the two, and installed the faucet for us. When I mentioned that we were in the process of waiting for an IKEA-approved contractor to call us back (after three messages left with contractor) regarding our IKEA cabinetry needs, he suggested that he do it for us. We had been able to install doors ourselves, but we wanted a professional to help with the face-outs and toe-kicks. Mark took off the old face-outs and toe-kicks, took measurements, and brought the (new) replacements to his shop to measure and cut. Within a few days, he returned for the installation. He offered the above-and-beyond cabinetry work at no charge, in lieu of a recommendation, but I insisted on providing both--it really was a lot more work than he bargained for!!! We had such bad experiences with our previous work in the kitchen that I wasn't sure what to expect with this go-around. It was everything we could have wanted and wished for, and more. Based on our complete satisfaction with the kitchen counter installation, we've asked him to help us with counters for our two baths, and without hesitation recommend Creative Surfaces to others who are looking for new counters."

"Let me just start off by saying how much I love my new kitchen in my rental property. I first walked into Architecture Stones looking for 2 slabs of granite for purchase. I didn't realize that they had such a large selection and are custom fabricators - although they have the most pieces of remnants that you can choose from compared to all other companies I have visited, I just needed 2 whole slabs.  Once I found my stone, we got a quote from another fabricator but it seemed a little high to me. My kitchen was the first project I have ever tried to do so I honestly had no idea how much things would cost. I contacted A.S. again, I emailed them a drawing of my countertop measurements they returned an estimate to me within minutes, and to my surprise, they were able to come out, SAME DAY to template and confirm their price which was slashed nearly in half!! A.S?s work is amazing. After talking with them I realized this isn't just a job, it's a work of art. They are truly passionate about providing excellent service. I probably exchanged over 25 emails and phone calls but each and every one was answered, kindly and professionally. There are few moments in life where you know you made the right decision, and this is certainly one of those for me. Every time I look at my kitchen and see the skill and precision it took to make it flawless, I think of Architecture Stones (then pat myself on the back for calling )

"I love my counter I received from Origins Granite.  The stone is so beautiful and the layout looks great!  The seam is exactly what we
were hoping for, and one of the reasons we went with Origins Granite over their competitors.  Our sales person, Cheryl Morchesky, from the Greensburg Office, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.  She met with us on several occasions just to make sure we understood and were happy with our choice - that meant a lot.  It did not take long to receive our layout plan and for installation.  The installation process went very smoothly and everything looks fantastic.  I would definitely recommend them!

"I was immediately impressed with the representative who see what I wanted done and give an estimate. He explained all my options without giving me a sales pitch, without pressuring me to pick any particular option. He was patient and all my questions fully and candidly. Having previously received other estimates, I found the company's pricing structure to be quite reasonable. Because I was willing to commit to this company on the spot, I was given a bit of a discount.
      The company followed through on everything I was told during the initial visit. Workmen were sent out twice to do measurements, and each time they arrived promptly and performed efficiently. I was called about three weeks ahead of time to let me know when the work would begin. The workmen arrived promptly and worked diligently--at the end of the first day I was amazed to see how much they'd accomplished. The work took a couple of hours longer than estimated, but part of that was because the workers installed a new disposal for me and the other part had to do with a problem with one of my sinks.
       The finished job looks terrific, a 1000% improvement over what I had before. I just can't say enough about the quality of the work and the quality of the people I dealt with.
         I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout-out to Granite and Marble Express, which provided the countertops. Working with them was a pleasure--the salespeople were courteous and well-informed, and let me wander through their showroom without hovering. Their workmen, too, were efficient, proficient, and professional. It was a delight dealing with everyone involved in this project.
           I consider my money very well-spent.
