"My wife and I built a house in 2019 and was undecided on if we wanted to hard surface our driveway so we decided to hold off. As we moved into spring/summer 2020 we decided to move forward with hard surfacing our driveway. After receiving 2 asphalt quotes I reached out to Chris with Extreme Design and he not only provided a competitive quote for asphalt he also provided a concrete quote. My wife and decided to go with concrete, and we are happy with that decision. Chris and his team showed up on time, had the proper equipment and seasoned man power and delivered an awesome driveway for us. "Completely professional. While removing the old pavement, found an area that was soft, excavated the soft area, and added about 10 inches of extra gravel before starting new pavement. Extra work done not included in the contract was adding gravel and asphalt to an area about 4 feet by 20 feet in front of the mailbox.

Yes, baking soda and vinegar can remove rust from concrete. Vinegar is acidic and can remove rust stains from concrete on its own. Adding baking soda may increase abrasiveness, which could help loosen some of the stain even more when scrubbing the stain. However, a stiff-bristled brush can do the same. 

Combining power and soft washing is a great way to ensure that all surfaces, both fragile and not, get the attention they deserve. There’s no legal requirement that states that you need rebar in a concrete driveway, but since the slab will be supporting heavy vehicle loads, it’s always a good idea to pay a bit more for rebar reinforcement. Your driveway will be much more likely to crack if you don’t reinforce it with rebar. Driveways that need to support commercial vehicles or provide parking for multiple vehicles at once should always include rebar reinforcement.
