We hired Master Services on 2/16/21 (work done on 2/22/21) to install a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system in our home in Greeneville, TN. Nick is a terrific salesman. He is professional and does not push any unnecessary work. Brandon, Brandon and Jacob (I believe Jacob was our installers name - sorry if not), did such a tremendous job. He was professional and extremely interested in our project even though it was not a large project. He was willing to work in our time schedule and he kept us informed during the entire process. My only regret is that I did not find him sooner, but will only use him in the future!

"The installation and secondary service went fine; I do not think that there was anything that Bakers had done wrong or negligently.  It was an act of the installation, difficult to determine whether an item manufactured else where would function as promised.  I cannot fault Bakers for their service of the unit.  I have had no problems with the air conditioner, the hot water heater or the thermostat, all of which Bakers installed in the last 4 years.
