We are a family owned and operated business We were established in 1979. Our estimates are free and we do not require money up front, just payment upon completion of job. We sell to the homeowner as well as the contractor and if you need us to install, we can do that too. Our window and siding crews have been with us for years and are very efficient at their jobs.

Mitten, Norandex, We sell vinyl windows that are energy efficient and offer the tilt in feature so you won't have to go outside to clean them.West window provides most of our windows and they warranty them for lifetime. We also sell vinyl siding from Stylecrest, just to name a few.

We loved the price. The new windows look good and are much more efficient than the originals. The work was done on time. The only things that weren’t up to par were the caulking work and some of the metal work.

They were efficient, fast, and tidy. I have enjoyed their workers. They did all the siding on the house in addition to the windows. They took all the old vinyl siding off and replaced it. It looks like a brand new place. They also do gutters.

It went great. Mike Puckett, VP of the firm showed up for the quote approximate one month earlier. He was very pleasant and professional to work with. We talked . about my needs and he showed me a sample of the window he recommended. I also chose a new storm door for the main entrance door and we firmed up the quote. I have previously been given good reviews on the company from neighbors and friends. I agreed on the deal on the spot and as agreed approximately four weeks later (with the exception of a couple of days delay due to weather) his guys showed up to do the job. It took a day and a half to finish the job. The windows look great and sure do a good job of sealing out the cold weather. The past couple of nights have been the first in the teens since the install and I can not feel any cold air around the windows like I could from the old original windows. I highly recommend Elk Garden to anyone in need of new windows, doors, or siding. They did a great job!

I will have to say that the guys that did the installation were great! They did amazing work!! I have no complaint with the work!
My complaint is with Mike, the boss. When he did me a quote, I told him face to face that I only wanted siding. Didn't want to shell out almost $1000 extra for the soffits. I called the office a year later, when I had the money, and asked if the $4400 quote would still be good. The rude lady in the office asked Mike and she told me that he said it was fine. So, I thought all is good.
I was so thrilled to get the new siding. The completed it 10/18/13. They hand me another copy of the quote and it said I owed $5215. I only had $4400, which was what I was told I had to pay. Mike added in the $815 extra for the soffits, even though I told him I didn't want to do that. I told him face to face no soffits. So, Mike calls me and says we have a problem because I didn't send enough money. I told him I didn't want the extra done. He proceeded to treat me like I was an idiot because I was home when it was done and I should've said something. I have never seen anyone get siding and I had no clue what all was done. He said I was a liar and I'm a thief because I'm stealing money from his company. I paid for what I told him I wanted done. It's not my fault that there was a miscommunication between Mike and the installers.
To be called a liar and an idiot is bad. To be told that I will have to live with stealing money from his company when I did nothing wrong is more than I can tolerate! Stay away from this company because they will do more work than you want and then drop a bombshell on you and talk to you like you are lower than trash!!

"We do alot of estimates in a year and she waited 2 years to give us the go ahead. During that length of time it is hard to remember was was said. Most people know the difference between siding and soffit and the workers even had made small talk to the homeowner about the soffit and she never once said she didnot want it. If it was me, I would have started asking questions about the work to make sure the workers were doing what I wanted. I bet if they forgot something she would have been the first to say something! She got the soffit work done for free and if she can live with it so can we."
