Champion is top of the line. Nickie, our sales rep was tremendously talented. Kinsey and Conner performed construction magic. The work has made the south side of our house look brand new! Kinsey noted a flaw in our new picture window and has turned it in to the office and they are going to replace that window free of charge. This is what I call having installation super powers. Let Nickie tell the story of the windows. Champion is as good as it gets! I highly recommend Champion to any future buyers who are thinking about pulling the trigger.

Lot of glass was left on the premises from removing the old widows. Calking was dropped on walkway in front of home, walked through and not cleaned up. Champion sent an inspector out and he picked up glass, was going to hire someone to come clean sidewalks, but offered my son $50.00 if he wanted to use my presser washer and clean it which he did. We have had one incident with high winds and either the windows or screens woke us up making a chattering sound. Waiting for the next wind to see if it happens again. I had Champion windows installed in a home in Cumberland Gap. I am not convinced these are champion windows compared to the workman ship on the ones i had before.

Not well. Even after measuring twice, all of the windows were the wrong size and had to be re-ordered. They were still the wrong size, but rather than re-order again and delay further, they were able to put frames around them to make them work. One of the Windows was still not right and had to ordered once again. A job that was promised in two weeks took over four months. We would never recommend Champion or use them again. Total incompetence.

Champion did a good job, new siding looks much better than before and seems to be more energy efficient.

They did a great job. I am totally satisfied with their work.

Excellent work and quality. Came out and did all the measurements and worked with me to get me the best solution for the old bay window. My house is over 100 years old and so they did everything to make sure that the original wood was not hurt and fixed the siding on the outside of the house from where it jutted out from the bay window support. Everything looks seamless. I'm very happy with the entire process.

I had Champion install new doors on my home, including a storm door on
the front entrance. The doors were fine, the installation was
satisfactory, although not perfect (the frame for the front door is a
little crooked.)
Within a year, the spring for the latch on the
storm door failed. They replaced it under the warranty. In about another
year it failed again. They again replaced it, but informed me that any
further warranty calls would be charged a $75 service charge (this is in
the written warranty).
When the spring failed yet again, I asked
them to just mail me one, which they did. It recently failed again. I
called and asked them to mail me another one. About three weeks later I
called back only to be told that: A) there was no record of my call, and
B) there would be a $15 shipping charge. The spring is 5/8 inch long,
and just over 1/8 inch diameter. Taped to the inside of a folded piece
of light cardboard, it could be mailed in a standard envelope for the
price of a single postage stamp.
I did find suitable springs online, five for $6.39 -- including shipping.
In
addition, I was told by the sales people that the main entrance door
hinges had ball bearings. One hinge started squeaking badly lately, and
had to be lubricated. No other door in the house has ever had a squeak
and had to be oiled, regardless of hinge type.

Dane Keller installed our windows.  He took out the old , put in the new.  He is a good worker.

went very well.  they had to rebuild part of the doorway due to its sagging.  the job  was well done.

Exceptional-from talking to sales staff to the gentlemen who completed the installation. Very professional, cleaned up work site.

I got 15 windows in my house replaced. They did a great job, I couldn't  be happier. They got the job done fast, and the windows are are of great quality. It is now much quieter, and we no longer have any drafts! The workers were very friendly as well.
