"Wanted to keep up with the new consumer trend of doorbell cameras. Got one for our front door and motion sensors for our main rooms inside. No extra fees or anything weird like that. Straightforward and honest process with this ADT dealer partner."

"The installation went pretty smooth, they did a good job in hiding the wires and trying to make it look as clean as possible for a house that was not setup for this type of wiring. They avoided going into the attic, which made the installation much faster. I wanted the least conspicuous cameras in the front of the house due to my HOA architecture requirements, so I went with their "bullet" cameras (2) and (2) of their traditional speco tube cameras. The software for the cameras is average, I think there is better software out there from other commercial cameras, but the plus side is that there is no annual fee for accessing the live feed from speco servers. They do not encrypt their transmission, so if you don't care about "others" watching your feed, then you are good to go. The receiving box for the internal recording is pretty rudimentary, but it works, plus it has a key to get into the electrical boards and hard drive. One thing to note is that you should request to see what the entirety of the camera components will look like on your house! I was surprised when I saw a gray metal box behind the small bullet cameras outside the house, it looked like a fine camera with an ugly radioshack metal box behind it, it was obvious that it was not made together by the manufacturer. The Good News! they came back right away to change the ugly metal boxes with another two tube cameras. Customer service is awesome."

"Dale was terrific he arrived on time, was prepared to go to work, on arrival. Picked up a few necessary items, I didn’t have. Started and finished the job, cleaned up. Left with a functioning Ring doorbell that was connected to hard wire. Very professional and thorough."

"We were pleased with the installation of our fire/security system. The workers explained what they were going to do and showed us how to use the alarm. When they were done the installation, they cleaned up. They also gave us a discount because we went through Angie's List."

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."

"It was a smooth and simple installation .  I had 3 doors and 15 windows which they sent me individual little connectors that go on each item.  I did all the numbering and data  for each unit and installed each one with minor corrections .  The phone call took a few minutes with minor

Ring Installers questions, answered by experts

If a range hood has minor issues, the average repair costs $85 to $210. This accounts for both parts and labor. More extensive damage can cost as much as $300 to $500, at which point it may be worth considering completely replacing the range hood.

A range hood is an exhaust fan for your kitchen, and several types and styles exist. They are meant to remove grease, moisture, and fumes from your stove. Although some models filter and recirculate the air, the most effective ones remove the air through a duct that’s vented to the outdoors.

Yes, they can assess the size, kitchen layout, and ventilation requirements to make recommendations.

Yes, professionals can often retrofit models with minimal disruption.

No, you can’t install just any microwave over your range. You have to get a specific type of microwave known as an over-the-range unit. These include venting and lighting features that you’ll need above your stovetop.

Although countertop units are more affordable, they won’t work for this type of installation. To avoid hazardous conditions in your kitchen, buy the right type of microwave for your needs.
