The hand truck he used appeared to be too small for job and had partially flat tire. His trailer tailgate was wet and he slipped while trying to load first time. I suggested he lay the refrigerator on its side and slide it onto the trailer which he did. Job thankfully was completed without injury. We discussed possible future work and he left."
