I only write a review when a company has gone above and beyond with their service. I know there are so many companies to choose from but if you want an honest, fair, professional, caring and truly knowledgeable company this one is 100% the one to choose. You can't go wrong with them. I used the text message option to get in contact (that was a great option) with them and within an hour they showed up at the door ready to help with my tree problem. I learned more about trees in 10 mins than I've known my whole life. If you want the best company out there you definitely should use Virginia Tree Specialist. ? If there was a 10 star ? rating I would pick that because that's what they deserve

This was initially a one-day job that became two due to the necessity of tree climbing at times, instead of bucket-truck usage. The Outcome: What a difference! Since the completion of the work, there have been several days/nights with very, very strong winds. However, due to the company's detailed pruning, there was very, very little yard debris for me to collect. Additionally, there were several tree stumps (old & new) that were ground; along with targeted trees removed. This has resulted in a fantastic yard improvement (front, sides, & back). The company/crew has a system of precision, skill, experience, and focus that is quite evident!

This company is WELL worth the investment!! Pricing was excellent, crews were meticulous and the company owner/management team was top notch. NEVER had such a smooth experience with tree removal or work from a vendor like this one!!

They were professional, courteous, and safety was first on the list. After work is competed they always leave our property looking as good or better than before they arrived. We don't see ourselves using any other tree company because Virginia Tree Specialists has always given exceptional service.

All of the work was done in less than a day and it really transformed the property. His crew was very nice and a pleasure to work with. I would say that VTS' rates are about middle of the road, but the value of their knowledge, the quality of their equipment, and their speed and professionalism far outweigh what you might get with a lower bid.

It went really well. I had had several bids on that particular tree because it was dying and I was concerned with how it was going to be taken down since it was a very large tree. They gave me a really good price, showed up on time, got right to work and cleaned up well and we are very happy with the service.

Called and accepted estimate and they said they would be there in about 2 weeks. I didn't hear anything from them for over a month, but when I called them they came over in a little over a week. They did a great job and were very professional. They have a man lift that can get the guys up into the trees to do a good job.
