I received a quick response to my request for a proposal. They showed up on time for the proposal. The cost was very reasonable and I went ahead and hired them. I was expecting it to be done the next week but they fit me into the schedule two days later. The team showed up and removed the tree and cleaned up. They were friendly and very professional. They even removed some additional fallen limbs for me. I was very pleased and will most definitely hire their services again in the future. I will also recommend R&R Tree Service to my neighbors!

This is a father and son team who do a great job! They are very responsive, professional, and tuned to hear what the customer wants. I have used them twice so far.

Nothing but praise for these folks! A very large pine tree fell squarely on our roof in heavy rain, and they came out in under two hours to assess the situation and cover up the hole. Early the next morning they were out here with a very large crane, and by the afternoon, our tree problem was gone.

The job took about 3 hours—they did an outstanding job. Everything I asked for was done—both trees looked great when they finished and all branches and leaves were cleaned up before they left. I will definitely hire them again!

I was very impressed by the crew's efficiency and attention to safety. They all wore helmets, ear muffs and goggles. They could not have done a better job from start to finish. It was a large tree, they removed the branches and chipped them, then the trunk came down and they had huge hand trucks to move the pieces, ground the trunk and cleaned up perfectly. The only confusion was the rain delay but I have no complaints. All their equipment was top notch.

We were delighted with the responsiveness, work, and price for R&R to take down the upper portion of a tall tree that had snapped 50' above ground, with the snapped top hanging precariously, partially attached but ready to fall. We got three estimates. The first tree company kept saying how dangerous it was, how difficult to take it down, how complicated, and then said it would cost $1500. The 2nd company wanted to tie the top of the tree to their truck and pull it down, for $600 (an option we thought was highly questionable). R&R came out within 24 hours of our call, sized it up, explained in detail how they would go up an adjacent tree, tie off the broken tree section for safety, then climb the problem tree 50' and cut down the broken portion and lower it to the ground, then cut it up for us -- for $480, using a crew of three. We saw other great reviews on Angies List and signed a contract with R&R and within a few days they had done it professionally, safely, just as they said. We also had them prune two overgrown crape myrtles, for $100 each, and they did an excellent job with them as well, and cleaned up everything afterwards. We were completely satisfied and definitely would use them again.

Didn't show up for an appointment to make an estimate and didn't call.

R&R provided a free, thorough evaluation and a written estimate. They inspired confidence early in the process with their evaluation of needs. They arrived exactly when promised and performed with work in timely fashion. They went above and beyond expectations in doing some additional needed pruning not in the contract.

After searching Angie’s List and Home Advisor I put out a handful of requests for estimates at 9pm on a Friday night. R&R Tree Service responded right then and set up a time the next morning to come give me an estimate. They arrived on time and texted me updates prior to arrival. The father and son team looked over the job - it was a big job! They quoted me a price, provided a written estimate, showed me there license and also pointed me to there other reviews - that are all positive! There quote was fair for all the work and compared to every quote we have received over the last 5 years for this last stage of work significantly lower. We hired them later that day and they started work the following Tuesday. Again, they showed up on time, communicated via phone and text, got right to work and worked long and hard for 2.5 days to complete the job. I am so happy with the outcome! All 9 trees and 11 stumps were removed from my front and back yard. They hauled away everything, including wood chips when I asked. They power washed my driveway trying to clean it from all the tree debris. They were wonderful to work with and the only tree company I’d use again from all the different ones we have tried over the years!

The initial visit/quote was very quick and they were able to removal the tree in less time than it took other tree services to provide a quote. Great! During a very busy time for our area, they were the only company that responded the same day to give an estimate. After gathering several estimates, R&R had the best price. Work was scheduled promptly and a large work crew arrived when promised. One of these trees was Huge and in close proximity to my neighbor's house. I'm so glad this job was done right and just as promised.
