"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

My oriental rug looks like it came out of the store. Due to our pets we had some tough stains but with superior fabric cleaners, non of the stains survived. Frank and his team were punctual, stayed true to their estimate and time frame for starting and completing the job, and did fantastic work! When Frank came to my condo to see the work I wanted done and provide me with an estimate, he listened to my wants and to my budget. He provided a great and budget conscious solution to updating my kitchen (paint, kitchen cabinets and countertops, doors). He and his team also did some grout work in my bathroom. I was extremely impressed with the time they took to cover my appliances in my kitchen, the floor, as well as hang plastic to seal off the hallway and living room from the kitchen. Each day that I came home, I realized that they had cleaned up the work from the day. I was surprised and pleased to say the least! I emailed them the day before the last day work was to be done. I told them that I had forgotten to ask if they could reattach a tile on my bathroom floor that had loosened a while back. Frank responded immediately and said that they had already noticed the tile and his guys were going to fix it that day. I will call DIY Kitchen and Bath without hesitation for any future work that I have done in my house!"

"We were very happy with the way both bathrooms turned out, though it was not easy having 2 bathrooms out of commission for a month. Despite drop cloths being used there was lots of dust. The first couple of days were nerve wracking because during the demolition phase, we ran into unplanned plumbing and electrical issues, that brought about additional expenses. My wife and I work long days, so we were not there when the work was being done. We would see the daily progress and talk to Dave every day about the day's events. During the course of the month our living room became a bathroom warehouse, vanities, toilets, lights, tile, grout etc taking up space. 

I am adding this segment 5 months after the bathroom install and my wife and I could not be happier with our bathrooms. I would definitely use Dave again if we remodel our other bathroom."
