They have been very responsive and cooperative and the pricing was more competitive than bids from contractors locally and in Northern Virginia. We are very pleased with the results of this small bathroom remodeling, which required some rescheduling due to a problem with the vanity top not fitting following a mistake made by Lowe's with their manufacturer. Once the job was finished, I had a few questions/concerns and they rescheduled the remodeler to return and take care of those concerns promptly. I had someone from their HQ call me directly throughout the process and very much appreciate that type of customer service and followup! When you find a contractor with this type of service it pays to keep their name for any followup projects."

The service we receive from CJ's Construction & Remodeling LLC was beyond exceptional, professional, amazing, etc The level of respect his team provided to my Family and our Home was beyond anything we could have ever imagined. They remove their shoes and cover any area and furniture in the location they were going to be working in. We had to beg his team to access water to drink, because Mr Kevin E ensure that his team was well taken care of. Mr Kevin check on the service every morning to ensure his team had a clear understanding of what they were supposed to be doing that day. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
