They have been very responsive and cooperative and the pricing was more competitive than bids from contractors locally and in Northern Virginia. We are very pleased with the results of this small bathroom remodeling, which required some rescheduling due to a problem with the vanity top not fitting following a mistake made by Lowe's with their manufacturer. Once the job was finished, I had a few questions/concerns and they rescheduled the remodeler to return and take care of those concerns promptly. I had someone from their HQ call me directly throughout the process and very much appreciate that type of customer service and followup! The service we receive from CJ's Construction & Remodeling LLC was beyond exceptional, professional, amazing, etc The level of respect his team provided to my Family and our Home was beyond anything we could have ever imagined. They remove their shoes and cover any area and furniture in the location they were going to be working in. We had to beg his team to access water to drink, because Mr Kevin E ensure that his team was well taken care of. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
