They have been very responsive and cooperative and the pricing was more competitive than bids from contractors locally and in Northern Virginia. We are very pleased with the results of this small bathroom remodeling, which required some rescheduling due to a problem with the vanity top not fitting following a mistake made by Lowe's with their manufacturer. Once the job was finished, I had a few questions/concerns and they rescheduled the remodeler to return and take care of those concerns promptly. I had someone from their HQ call me directly throughout the process and very much appreciate that type of customer service and followup! When you find a contractor with this type of service it pays to keep their name for any followup projects."

The service we receive from CJ's Construction & Remodeling LLC was beyond exceptional, professional, amazing, etc The level of respect his team provided to my Family and our Home was beyond anything we could have ever imagined. They remove their shoes and cover any area and furniture in the location they were going to be working in. We had to beg his team to access water to drink, because Mr Kevin E ensure that his team was well taken care of. Mr Kevin check on the service every morning to ensure his team had a clear understanding of what they were supposed to be doing that day. "They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."
