"Because of physical and medical issues, I had to replace our bathtub with a walkin shower, as well as repair the flooring under the toilet. I also had them redo the walls an flooring throughout. The finished work was superb. My wife selected the colors she wanted and once the materials arrived the work began. We are 100% satisfied with the work and would recommend them (especially if the same installer was used . TOP NOTCH, TOTAL PROFESSIONAL) to "everyone" looking to do bathroom remodeling."

The service we receive from CJ's Construction & Remodeling LLC was beyond exceptional, professional, amazing, etc The level of respect his team provided to my Family and our Home was beyond anything we could have ever imagined. They remove their shoes and cover any area and furniture in the location they were going to be working in. We had to beg his team to access water to drink, because Mr Kevin E ensure that his team was well taken care of. "I signed the bathroom remodel contract on Jan 25, 2019. Today is Jul 18, 2019 and the work has not been completed. Everyone you work with is friendly, professional, polite, and well-meaning in responsiveness. Edgar’s quality of work is outstanding and my bathroom is beautiful without a doubt!! But now that the company’s been paid, I’ve been forgotten. My windows don’t have screens, so I can’t open them for fresh air without bugs coming in. I was told the screens were ordered in May which was my last contact with anyone. The contents for under my vanity have been stored in boxes because my shelves have not been installed. This is unacceptable! Mr. Khader Mughrabi, VP, called me after I signed the contract to thank me for my business. I want him to know it’s been almost six months and the work’s still not done. I just want my job completed and after that I won’t contact Remodel USA again!!"

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
