"Because of physical and medical issues, I had to replace our bathtub with a walkin shower, as well as repair the flooring under the toilet. I also had them redo the walls an flooring throughout. The finished work was superb. My wife selected the colors she wanted and once the materials arrived the work began. Everyone you work with is friendly, professional, polite, and well-meaning in responsiveness. Edgar’s quality of work is outstanding and my bathroom is beautiful without a doubt!! But now that the company’s been paid, I’ve been forgotten. My windows don’t have screens, so I can’t open them for fresh air without bugs coming in. I was told the screens were ordered in May which was my last contact with anyone. The contents for under my vanity have been stored in boxes because my shelves have not been installed. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
