Badly, I had to keep calling them back for several leaks, and the work was sloppy. Sections of wall cut out with hack saw that left wall looking bad. There is a hole at my tub in the wall were they cut too much of the wall. They did not repair it. Have to hire someone else to fix the mess that was made to the walls. Still have a leak in the wall when you turn on the shower. The technicians were always rushing on my job so that they could go to another job. I did not get the professional work that I had hoped to get. Took pictures of everything!

Installers refused to provide the warranty information , or even the paper work for the unit installed even though it was requested both from myself and the home warranty company which sent them out to the property to replace the system. I would not hire again. They never provided the system information so that we even know the model/serial number, or maintenance information, and they Still have not provided this information.

"The model/serial # is stamped on the data plate on the units. Also should be on your invoice on the top.Refused is a little harsh of a word sometimes there is not a book with the equipment either not put in during packaging or lost during shipping I've seen it alot. Most equipment has 5 years manufacturer warranty.. u can also look the book up online probably would of took just as long as it did for you to write this complaint"

Tuesday 11/4/14 @ 4 Larry came out and spent a bit of time in the attic with my husband figuring out what the issue was. After showing my husband what the problem was an then explaining it to us both and what the next step was we felt confident that we had been assigned the right company for the scope of the job! The next morning the heat wasnt working and my husband called Larry, he promptly answered our call and came out that same day to make adjustments so we could have heat until our new gas furnance arrived. Three days later on Friday 11/7/14 the owner Jerry showed up. He started on the work in the attic while waiting on his partner to arrive. I didn't catch the other gentlemens name but he too was working hard just as Jerry had been! Before we knew it, they had the old gas furnance out and the new one in! His worker explained some things to us and off he went to his next job. and quot;CAN YOU BELIEVE SERVICE WAS COMPLETE IN A TWO DAY PERIODand quot; Now that's SERVICE!
We had service from Rawls back in the summer when we had a problem with our AC. They fixed that too!
