I think the key to Mr Garci's work is " care." He took a great deal of care cleaning the chairs and the carpet. "Scrubbed manually with a brush, when I would've expected some steaming equipment or similar. But did a good job and got the grout mostly clean. A bit expensive though as it came to 300 hundred for less than 2 hours work."
