"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Great job. We actually called Grout & Carpet Wizards for another job, but Angelo recommended we also try to clean the carpet as well. The carpet was so dirty we were actually thinking of replacing it. We are glad we listened to Angelo. The carpet turned so clean now need to replace, saving us hundreds of dollars. Also, everyone we talked to was professional and courteous. Highly recommend."

"My service was outstanding. My Crew showed up on time with all the necessary tool and equipment for the job. They had mask, gloves, and shoe covers on witch was a plus ( didn't have to ask) for me. 1Man & a bucket definitely number 1 on my list. Thanks Guys ?"

"Schedule with short notice to get the rugs clean before the holidays. Very fair. He lowered the price from the estimate as job was easier than he had thought. I will use him again."

"Company was very responsive and worked around my tight schedule. Company did an excellent job on the carpets and would use again and refer freinds as well."
