I received high quotes up to $10,000 to remedy my crawlspace from mold. Though each quote did say my crawlspace was not bad and rated it between a 2 and 3 with 10 being bad. So I went with Zero Mold to fog my crawlspace. It was quick, easy and financially affordable. I can now work out a plan to change my insulation and change my vapor barrier as I go instead of laying out a huge chunk of money.

We wanted the work to be done sooner than later, so we went for the first bidder, but I recommend getting a couple of more bids, Zero Mold rep was on time, was professional but friendly, and seemed to know what he was doing. He explained things to me as he went, so I understood what he was looking for and understood what his test equipment results meant. He gave me a fair estimate (i had done research on potential cost of remediation if I did have mold ahead of time) and his estimate was in the average for this service. He was prompt yet thorough. If all the technicians from this company are the same, I recommend them. Not being an expert, I will give it a month or two, revisit my attic and will then know for sure if the value per cost was as good as I think it is.

Before the work was done James educated us about what he was looking for, the process was scientific , his high tech equipment enabled him to be specific and accurate. After the work was completed he came back to confirm the mold and mildew was eradicated. We definitely would hire this company again with highest recommendations.
