"Some plants (annuals) died from the bleach, but that's to be expected.

"Beautiful work. Planted bushes. Mulched trimmed trees"

"They were on time very friendly and professional. Any questions or anything else I needed that they could take care of at the time they did, extremely helpful. I am planning to use them for many other jobs. I recommend Tommy very highly.

"Excellent - Carlos is responsive, experienced, and provides great customer service. He was also flexible when needed. Would be happy to hire again and have done so. My kitchen is beautiful!"

"He did a beautiful job.  He installed a lot of built-ins, a skylight and a screened-in porch.  The screened-in porch was cedar and turned out really pretty.  He suggested to put in a clear panel to let a lot of natural light in.  Everything was just wonderful.  It was very high-quality work.  I would highly recommend him.  He was also very easy to work with."

"Appliance Care Specialist were great! The best service provider you have ever sent to my house by far."

"It was wonderful working with Chris/Castlewood.  They worked weekends, late night, extreme cold weather and pouring rain to make sure that the only bathroom in my home was functional.  Chris understood my needs and kept the budget under control.  I come from a building background and this house restoration has been a long-term, partial do it yourself project.  I've hired other service providers in the past and was never happy with the work done, often having to hire new contractors before finally giving up and doing the work myself.

Chris/Castlewood is the first time I have been pleased with a contractor/service provider.  Chris understood my willingness and desire to do certain work on my own and also understood the constraints of my skills and adapted his own scope of work to keep me involved.  The cost of the work was exactly what I expected.  No surprise invoices that doubled and tripled the prices quoted by past (fired) contractors.

I will be using Chris/Castlewood for all future projects in the house.   If the floor replacement and kitchen remodel I'll be doing later this year turn out half as well as the bathroom repair I'll be an extremely pleased owner of a restored antique home."

"They work they did is fabulous, slower than expected and cost more than I thought. Older kitchen so some was expected."

"Livengood Electrical from the first call, were polite, kind and knowledgeable. They worked with our current state of the third floor and talked though what we were looking at doing. The were on time each day and expeditious with their work. I highly recommend using them for your electrical needs."
