"2 of 997 Urgent: Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work We are experiencing significant project management issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration.Their quality of work is good but project management sucks big time,. We started our bathroom rennovations on Nov 29th 2024 the project wsda supposed to be completed in 5 weeks now it is almost 2 months and the master bathroom still needs to begin constreuction. We have had 3 project managers so far. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the past week via our text messaging group and several calls, we have yet to receive any updates on a variety of outstanding work in the loft and guest bathroom that need to be done. This lack of communication and progress is unacceptable. While we understand that Elkay is taking a break, the responsibility for keeping us informed and ensuring the project stays on track should not be neglected. We are not getting proper updates about stataus of several pending issues and we feel like we are being passed around without any clear resolution or accountability. The most pressing concern is the arrival of the bathtub, as all further work on the master bathroom is stalled until it arrives."

He also built me a new closet in the master bedroom. The entire experience was amazing. "A week before Thanksgiving 2022, our nephew sat down hard on one of our kitchen stools and broke a large support dowel, leaving the stool useless. We were hosting Thanksgiving dinner that year and needed every seat possible, and didn't have time to buy a new set. We called several shops in the area and the only one who responded before the holiday was Miller Restoration. Ann was incredibly responsive and asked if I could bring the stool in the next day. I met Ann and her husband Kevin, who is the restoration specialist. They are a wonderful couple who take pride in the work they perform. Kevin was able to build a custom dowel and make it like new in time for the holidays. And the price was far less expensive than buying a new stool. Fast forward a year and our nephew managed to break one of the other stools in the same manner. Again, we were up against the holiday clock. Ann and Kevin picked up the stool from our house and returned it after completely rebuilding it. We can't recommend them highly enough."
