"My Mother is 91 years old and her air conditioner went out. One of your technicians, JOE BIGO came and gave my Mother a estimate on a new unit. Joe was very polite and very professional. Joe went out of his way to work with us so my mother can get another air conditioner unit. You all are coming next Thursday (20th) to install her unit. Excel is the only ones that my husband and I have service our air and heating in our home. We are always very satisfied with yals service. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"It was wonderful. I spent quite a bit more than the big deal and it was for an additional I can't remember what it is called. The air duct cleaning was great and then when we talked about this other addition to the system I went along with it because I have animals in the house and I have bad allergies and I wasn't sure after I got it, if it was good investment since then I have changed my mind, it is an excellent investment and it repaired my air completely and my health is much better from having it.
