"TWF Construction did a great job and went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable. The dryer vent was very clogged. Explained why should be cleaned more often. I had a fire hazard. Dryer hose not on tight and lint had been escaping all around electric connections, wall, and floor. They took care of my issue. They were very polite. "Thoroughly professional from start to finish. Primary issue was an HVAC unit in unconditioned attic space laboring to either heat or cool our upper level. Dennis and Mark presented several options and described what they recommended step by step (combination of spray foam, batts, and blown-in insulation) and why, and patiently answered any questions we had, providing thorough and understandable explanations. Once we accepted their proposal, we were scheduled very quickly. They showed up on time, did high quality work, and positive results have been just as predicted.
