They always notified me of the issues as they came up, but they did not pressure me into hiring them to fix anything. I really appreciated that and it is one of the things that made me decide to hire them for the entire renovation once I decided to do it. Ashley also presented a detailed, itemized invoice with every project. If there was something she knew she already had at home, such as hardware for the doors or lighting, she made sure to ask if I wanted to use that first before purchasing anything. They are very generous with their time and materials. Ashley was also honest when it came to ideas I might have about different areas and if they were worth fixing monetarily. They did not just agree to do whatever I wanted, she told me if it would be in my best interest or not to fix or leave certain things. They are extremely trustworthy and efficient. I could not recommend them enough!"
