Pay attention to all the negative reviews. I wish I did. Horrible service, rude and unprofessional management. Don?t expect any service after you pay. You have to pay in full in order to get on the installation schedule. Now you are at their mercy. Check your slabs carefully for cracks, dull spots etc. We did get them to replace the flawed slab. Scratched up the kitchen sink for no other reason than tossing it in the back of the truck for no reason at all. They were aware that the same sink is to be reinstalled. I don?t know how these people stay in business. Be aware.

The end result was beautiful and better than we expected.  The installers were professional and had the countertops installed quickly.  The quality was superior and we plan on using them again for some fireplace mantels,  
The reason I gave a B for Punctuality is Finding out the status of the order was a bit bumpier than we expected.  Once I was able to speak to someone inside the company, when I called up angry about the seemingly late delivery, he was very put out that their sales person and website said they had a seven day delivery date.  He said that in seven days the project is still in the design stage getting ready to move to the CAD stage barring any issues such as re-measurements etc, then once it goes to the CAD stage it can move forward to the manufacture stages and then get scheduled for delivery and installation which is normally ten to fourteen days after order date not seven.
The reason for the B in Responsiveness is that we always had to call then to find out the status of our order, when they thought the installation would be, etc.  they rarely called us,
