As an indicator of Dennis' integrity, I asked about adding gutter guards, at additional cost. He told me that I didn't need them because I don't have any trees overhanging the gutters. He could have taken my money and done unnecessary work, but he has too much integrity for that."

The Rep told me I would hear from them, and when I did not I called several times over a four day period. I finally emailed them, and they responded with a phone call that my parts were ordered. This was a total fabrication as I was getting a plain, normal gutter (one) and rather small at that. I had to hound their office and my Rep to get an answer, and they finally showed up yesterday, 9/15, with the gutter. It was installed and perfect. Far from a quick response; far from good customer service - they live in a different world. They don't seem to understand that when the Rep promises follow up, they actually have to contact the customer."
