"This family owned business went out of their way to work with me on a Christmas tree lighting project! "I contacted James for an estimate, spoke to him 3 times and he implied that he was going to do an estimate. When I called him on Friday to confirm that he was going, he told me that I would be better off looking for someone else, that he was working on other things. I only get one week to put in an estimate, and he used up that time. He may very well be a good contractor, I just personally didn't have a good experience with him. I wish him the best."
