My idea is to provide homeowners, business owners, buyers and sellers with an independent and honest assessment of their roof especially when it comes to storm damage. I refer my customers to a local network of roofers and contractors that I trust and perform a final inspection of the work done. I've worked in the roofing industry on the contractor and insurance side and I felt that the owners need an experienced/honest and independent opinion for their roof issues. My general inspections are $125, Real estate closing inspections are $175, temporary repairs range from $150-700, emergency services range from $150-450, and the storm damage inspections are free(Hail&Wind). My billing is through credit card processing, cash or check. Currently I'm offering a 60% discount to seniors. I set my prices to be competitive. My main objective is to bring integrity to the roofing industry.
